Enrolment procedures

Individual enrolment

Interested individuals can enrol through the e+Life Platform.

Workplace Organisation enrolment

Interested organisations please email to change4health@dh.gov.hk on or before 15 October 2024 for enrolment details.

After successful workplace organisation enrolment, staff would be able to select their organisations during enrolment through the e+Life Platform, and the step counts of the participating staff will be counted towards the organisation they have chosen.

1 October 2024 10:00 (GMT +08) to 31 October 2024 23:59 (GMT +08)

Synchronisation of step count record

Participants are required to use step counting mobile application (Apple Health for iOS; Google Health Connect for Android; Huawei Health for Huawei EMUI) to record step count and synchronise the record to e+Life Platform.

Electronic certificate

Participants reaching a daily average of 7,500 steps and 10,000 steps during the challenge period can receive electronic certificate of participation and certificate of achievement respectively in the e+Life Platform.

Organisation award

There are two Walking Challenge Organisation Awards:

  1. Outstanding Overall Performance Award* (top 5 organisations)
    • Organisations with the highest total step count accumulated by all participating staff during Walking Challenge period
  2. 10,000 Steps Challenge Success Award** (top 5 organisations)
    • Organisations with the highest percentage of participating staff achieving 10,000 steps a day during Walking Challenge period

* If the total step count of two organisations are the same, the organisation with higher average step count per participating staff would win.
** Organisations are required to have at least 5 participating staff in the Walking Challenge in order to strive for the organisation awards. If the percentage of participating staff achieving 10,000 steps a day of two organisations are the same, the organisation with higher number of participating staff would win.
